Annual Preventative Maintenance

Our Annual Premium Preventative Maintenance Plan includes 2 Visits (One in early spring and other in Fall) to perform the following:

*Trimming of plant growth or repositioning of fixtures within 2 feet.
*Remove debris from fixtures.
*Check fixtures for damage
*Check & Adjust Fixture Positions
*All tree-mounted fixtures & wiring are checked to ensure that they are properly secured. (1/yr)(ladder requirements may require additional charges)
*Reset and straighten path lights
*Adjust and reset transformer timer if required
*Reburial of any exposed cabling due to erosion
*Re tighten all transformer leads
*Re-grease lamp sockets (1/yr)
*Cleaning and treating of all fixtures and lenses
*Lubricate O-ring seals (1/yr)
*Voltage Amperage and transformer testing to ensure longevity
*Replacement of burned out lamps/fixtures still under manufacturer warranty (original Installation must have been performed by a KEEA technician)

*NOTE this program does not cover the following and will be billed accordingly:
- Damages from acts of God or natural phenomena (e.g. insects. chewed or damaged wire from animals, lighting...)
- Damages resulting from the misuse of wiring, fixture, or transformer
- Replacement of any out-of-warranty fixture, item or repair damage caused by nature or by any persons other than KEEA technicians

Maintenance contracts are valid until the end of November of the current year
